Alicia Keys Teams Up With Miguel, Michael B. Jordan, Zoe Saldana And More For Latest Video

Keys embodies what it means to be "an artist," in every sense of the word with her latest project, "Show Me Love."

Alicia Keys just released the visuals for her latest single "Show Me Love," and it's nothing short of an explosive, artistic treat. Opting out of the usual go-to treatment for music videos, the Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter instead released a "visual sonic experience," for the Miguel-assisted track, complete with cameos from some of Hollywood's biggest stars.

The aesthetics for the Cara Stricker-directed visuals include a triptych of one-shot scenes, which feature actors Michael B. Jordan and Zoe Saldana, also accompanied by husband Marco Perego Saldana

All of the scenes were shot in seven seconds, and displayed in a wider angle perspective in order to show both the "micro and macro of love," according to an exclusive press release from Keys' team.

"The experience sees an artistic exploration of emotions from Saldana and Perego Saldana as they show the many phases of love in a beautifully choreographed modern dance. Together, the two explore the highs and lows that come with loving another person. Jordan’s scene on the other hand explores self-love and the obstacles one has to push through on the journey toward inner peace," the statement detailed.
Keys and Miguel can also be seen in an ongoing, rain-flooded room, while she plays the harpischord. Their scene is said to symbolize "an ode to the love we experience through art and collaboration."
“I have been on this journey to be more vulnerable; in my life [and] in my music, and this new visual experience reflects this time. 'Show Me Love' displays different expressions of love, the journey of it, the push and pull, the struggle and the eventual joy and peace,” said Keys in an exclusive statement obtained by BET.
Along with killer visuals to accompany the sure-fire track, an installation in celebration of "Show Me Love," will be open to the public from September 18-22, in New York City at 477 Broadway. Keys debuted the opening of the installation last night, along with a performance of "Show Me Love," complete with a surprise appearance by Miguel.
"Show Me Love," was written and produced by Keys, Tory Lanez, Morgan Matthews and Miguel. It's the first project off of her upcoming seventh studio album.
