Look: Who Will Be Repping USA Basketball for the Summer Olympics?

One NBA superstar's appearance is history making.

Earlier this month, back-to-back MVP Stephen Curry announced that he'll be skipping the Summer Olympics to fully recover from his nagging ankle and knee injuries.

Days after defeating Curry's Golden State Warriors in the NBA Finals, LeBron James followed suit, saying that he won't be playing in the Olympics, either.

That being said, USA Basketball just released the roster of its 2016 Olympic team and despite Chef Curry and King James's absence, the squad isn't lacking star power at all. In fact, the squad has a total of 10 All-Stars.

Team USA is led by the likes of Kevin DurantKyrie Irving, who is fresh off the Cleveland Cavaliers' championship win, and three Golden State Warriors, including Klay ThompsonDraymond Green and Harrison Barnes.

New York Knicks small forward Carmelo Anthony will become the first four-time Olympian in men's basketball and, if Team USA wins, he'll become the only men's baller to win three gold medals.

Indiana Pacers small forward Paul George will also join the 2016 Olympic team in Rio de Janeiro, coming full circle since suffering a gruesome compound leg fracture during an August 2014 USA scrimmage.

In addition to the aforementioned players, meet the full USA Basketball Olympic team here.

Nice squad! Clearly these stars aren't frightened by the Zika virus.
