Snapchat has recently been struggling to find their way back into the spotlight since releasing numerous glitchy updates, but with their recent new feature that allows you to purchase Jordans, we think they might be on to something!

In case you haven't heard, Snapchat made big news when they announced that during a NBA All-Star event in downtown Los Angeles, Michael Jordan's limited edition AJ III Tinker sneakers — set to be released in March— will be available for purchase within the Snap Store, a new e-commerce feature powered by Shopify.

Simply put, the Jordan brand and Snapchat joined teams to make an analog/digital pop-up shop, which ran during the live event, to give sneakerheads a chance to cop the new Jordans with Amazon Prime same-day delivery!

Is this the new future for shopping online? Time can only tell...

From the looks of it, the plan is to bring Snapchat into the world of e-commerce.
