How Tiffany Haddish Played A Role In Common’s Sexiest Man Alive Photos

The Chicago rapper had a shirtless photo shoot featured in PEOPLE Magazine this week.

Common was featured in PEOPLE’s 2020 ‘Sexiest Man Alive’ issue, however his girlfriend Tiffany Haddish says she played a big role in making that happen.

Appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Friday (November 20) the actress and comedian reveled in the fact that her man was one of the 158 recognized in the coveted feature story. But she claims that the abs Common gained for the photoshoot were thanks to her.

"I helped him with those abs," she joked. "Now, y'all can look but you can't touch, alright? That's for me."

Haddish, who confirmed rumors she was dating the rap legend back in July, recalled the day she went over to Common's house when he was preparing for the shoot. She said she offered him some advice on how to make his abs pop.

"We gon' have to do something about those abs," she said. "I was like, let me talk to the makeup artist and I was like, 'This is how you fill it in and make the shades so he's got nice sexy abs.' And he was like, 'I don't need no makeup on my stomach, I'm gonna do these push-ups...'"

She continued: "He's doing all these crunches and push-ups and I'm like, 'Nah, that's not gonna work,' I was like, 'Look, let me show you how to airbrush your abs in.' But no, he looks good. He looks good."

Michael B. Jordan covered the issue that was revealed Tuesday evening on Jimmy Kimmel Live! The 33-year-old was humble in his article, saying “it’s a cool feeling” to achieve such a thing and he didn’t think it was within his reach.

"You know, everybody always made that joke, like, 'Mike, this is the one thing you’re probably not going to get.' But it’s a good club to be a part of," the actor said.
