Boy Gets Free Disney Vacation After Using His Birthday-Trip Money To Feed Hurricane Dorian Evacuees
Jermaine Bell is going to Disney!
The little boy, who celebrated his 7th birthday on Sunday (September 8), warmed the hearts of many when he decided to use the vacation money he’d been saving for a year to help Hurricane Dorian evacuees with food and water.
Disney heard about Bell’s generosity and made his dream come true.
During an interview on Good Morning America on Sunday (September 8), Disney cast members, including Mickey Mouse, hosted a birthday party for Bell in the driveway of his South Carolina home.
There they revealed he and his family would be going on a VIP Disney World vacation later this month, courtesy of Disney.
“When people were hungry, I wanted them to have something to eat,” Bell, whose life motto, at 7, is “Live to Give,” said on GMA.
He added a bit of advice we can all follow, “Be strong and if you do something good, good will come back to you.”
