Drake Slams Coachella Country Club for Racial Profiling

“The most offensive place I have ever stayed at in my life…”

The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival drew in big names, big crowds and even bigger stars for 2017, sustaining its reputation for one of California’s most celebrated spring music fests thus far.

Unfortunately, not everyone was able to uphold a good reputation, however, and OVO’s head honcho, Drake, is letting it be known after his experience at the Madison Club venue on Coachella grounds.

Taking his scathing review of the country club to Instagram, Drizzy posted a now-deleted photo of the Madison Club’s title and logo with a brief caption about the ill-treatment toward him from the staff. But this wasn’t just any mistreatment — the More Life play lister wrote — it was rooted in racism.

“The most offensive place I have ever stayed at in my life with staff who pick and choose who they are going to accommodate based on racial profiling,” he said.

Hopefully, Drizzy’s stage domination beside Future has helped him enjoy the rest of his time at Coachella, anyway. Performing hits from his newly released More Life project, he stole the show with fan favorites such as “Fake Love” and “Gyalchester” and even partied it up neon-style with French Montana for the evening.
