Madonna is known for her shock value, but one thing many didn't expect to see was the pop icon to follow the booty implant trend. During Art Basel, while getting down on stage in a bottomless outfit, she showed off what seemed to be a new set of buns, and social media is confused, to say the least.

The 58-year-old singer was dancing on stage with Ariana Grande and turned around, mid-twerk, showing off her new and abnormally firm and protruding booty — more than she was known to have.
