Donald Trump Shades Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in Response to Column

Presidential candidate says NBA Hall of Famer doesn't "have a clue about life."

If Donald Trump could fire Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, he would. But since he can't, the presidential candidate is doing what seemingly every other celebrity does when they have a problem with another notable figure — attack on social media.

Taking offense to Abdul-Jabbar's Washington Post op-ed column Wednesday — in which the NBA Hall of Famer accused Trump of using bullying tactics on journalists instead of substantially answering questions on topics, like immigration — the Donald took to his Facebook account to fire back.

The billionaire businessman posted an image of Abdul-Jabbar's column, with Trump writing a scathing message over it, alleging that the NBA great doesn't "have a clue about life."

This is in response to Abdul-Jabbar's comments in the column, including that Trump "attempting to bully the press to silence criticism of him is anti-American" and "when it comes down to just three or four candidates, Trump’s blustering inarticulation and dodging of questions will seem untrustworthy."
