Kevin Gates is wanted for questioning over a shooting that took place at his concert in Lexington, Ky., Sunday (Jan. 25) morning, TMZ reports.

Gates wasn’t involved in the incident, but authorities believe he had a good view of what went down from the stage and may be able to help cops close the case.

One person was injured in the weekend shooting, while others were hurt as the crowd clamored for the exit. Gates didn't let the hubbub stop him from putting on a show. The 28-year-old rapper performed three more songs after the fact.

Gates, who recently grabbed headlines for admitting to a sexual relationship with his cousin, hasn't gotten back to police about the Lexington investigation.

Another shooting went down after one of Gates's Memphis, Tenn., concerts, a week before the Lexington incident.
