Tyrese Gibson isn’t wasting time in enjoying the benefits of a court’s ruling regarding the custody of his daughter.

The Fast & Furious actor had a celebratory lunch with Shayla yesterday (November 18) just a day after a judge ruled 50/50 custody between Gibson and his ex-wife Norma Gibson. The two were spotted getting lunch at Nobu in Malibu.

Gibson also apologized to Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith and says the medication he was taking made him publicize the help they were offering him, "Forgiveness! Forgiveness!" he said. "For all of the embarrassment I caused to the Smith family, I apologize."
