A$AP Rocky: 'The Rita Thing Was Tasteless of Me'

The Harlem MC doesn't think anyone should care about who he's dealing with behind closed doors.

About that Rita Ora lyric, though.
When A$AP Rocky released his sophomore album A.L.L.A., one of the tracks that people were stuck on was "Better Things" because of the following reference to pop culture princess Rita Ora:
"I swear that b**h Rita Ora got a big mouth / Next time I see her might curse the b***h out."
Ouch!
Now, almost two months after the album dropped and the song made its rounds on the Internet, Rocky has admitted in an interview with The Guardian that it may not have been the nicest thing that he's ever said in a rap song, but he isn't exactly taking what he put on wax back.
“The Rita thing was tasteless of me,” he said. "[But] I’ve got to stand by it, because I did it. I said it.”
As for what he really thinks about how much people care about what the two may have been doing behind closed doors, he said, "Who gives a f**k about who I’m f**king? Nobody really cares. It’s fun to hear, but who really gives a f**k about who Rita Ora’s f**king?”
Lesson here: A$AP Rocky is a grown man that stands by his work but can admit when something may not be right. Oh, and he clearly thinks that people being interested in other people's lives between the sheets is lame.
Point taken, A$AP. We get it.
