Antonio Brown Appears To Address Sexual Assault Allegations In Instagram Live Video

Mercurial Patriots wide receiver says, "In a time of crisis all I ask is love."

New England Patriots wide receiver Antonio Brown was live on Instagram Thursday (September 12), seemingly addressing the allegations of sexual assault made against him.

Brown was at the TB12 Performance and Recovery Center with Alex Guerrero, Tom Brady’s personal trainer and business partner.

A Twitter account called My Sports Update captured the video where Brown says, among other things:

“No matter what they say. No matter what they hate, somebody’s still gotta go to work.”

Brown proceeds to take the approximately 17,000 viewers who tuned in to the live stream on a tour of the TB12 facility. During which he continued his monologue, adding:

“Call God. In a time of crisis, all I ask is love, dedication and focus,” he said. “Stay focused. The devil is going to try to bring you down when you get closer to your goals. The key is, don't let him.”

Brown never addressed the allegations directly in the video.

He has stated his innocence through a statement from his lawyer and will seek all legal recourse against the alleged victim in the federal lawsuit.

ESPN's Adam Schefter said the NFL will not place Brown on the commissioner's exempt list, since there is no criminal investigation.

He will be eligible to play in Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins.
