Nicki Minaj's New Song Is Part of the 'Fifty Shades Darker' Soundtrack

The track will be her first post-breakup release.

Earlier this year, Nicki Minaj took to Twitter to confirm the rumors that she had split from Meek Mill. And during her announcement, she shared that she's focusing on her work at this time.

Now, less than two weeks into the new year, the Pinkprint rapper is wasting no time on her promise. Today (Jan. 12), she returned to Twitter to share details regarding her first post-breakup release.

For Minaj's new track, she linked up with pop crooner Nick Jonas, with the two powerhouse's collaboration appearing on the official Fifty Shades Darker soundtrack.

Of the track, titled "Bom Bidi Bom," Jonas stated that he knows "many babies will be made to this soundtrack."

Judging from the success of the first soundtrack from the franchise, Fifty Shades of Grey, particularly with The Weeknd's contribution "Earned It" going on to be certified five-times platinum, looks like Minaj's 2017 will be kicking off on quite the proper footing.

The pre-order for the album, which drops February 11, begins tonight at midnight.

Take a look at the soundtrack's full tracklisting in the tweets below.
