Here’s How Kanye West Ended His Pan Am Games Performance
Kanye West made a memorable exit from the Pan American Games in Toronto Sunday night. West closed out his 13-minute headlining appearance by throwing his mic and leaving the stage during a performance of "Good Life.”

The crowd roared for West, even as he stormed off, but Pan Am Games producer Saaid Rafi isn’t completely sure the Chicago native was genuinely upset.
“The volume that he performs at is so high, it might have been what affected the sound system, but it also might be something his team planned all along, so you just never know because he's such a creative guy," Rafi said, noting that he didn’t get any complaints from West’s team, who was in charge of lights and every other part of his performance.
West, Pitbull and Canadian artist Serena Ryder closed out the multi-day sports event, though the Chicago MC’s performance was met with an online petition.
